    It’s finally April, which means another monthly workout post – woohoo!

    This month, we’ll be talking all about… Aerobics! That’s right, we’ll be heading back to the 80s and getting our Aerobics groove on ?

    If you’re not too sure what Aerobics is, it’s a form of dance fitness – similar to Zumba, but a bit easier for those who have two left feet! A daily dose of Aerobics can help to lower your blood pressure, improve your cardiovascular conditioning, and can help you drop a few pounds if you’re looking to lose some weight.
