    Today is National Fitness Day and to celebrate, we want to inspire others with some of our favourite ways to exercise and keep fit!

    I love a good bench press while I’m at the gym, weighted exercises are my favourite! @alexandermymanu enjoys keeping his muscles in shape too with body weighted exercises like push ups 💪 and @nikki loves a good weighted hoop session!

    Is there an exercise here that you enjoy, too? If you have an exercise you absolutely love and we haven’t mentioned it, let us know in the comments! We want to see and hear all of the wonderful ways you keep fit!

    Bicycle crunches are my favourite part of my workout 🙂

    I’ve wanted to try hooping for agesssss! Is it any good @nikki ? I’m not really a gym person so I go on walks and hiking trails ☺️ This is me at Lock Morlich in Scotland, it was a lovely trip and lots of walking!

      Yes, it’s quite the ab-burner and it’s a bit more fun than crunches! I’ve got a 1.25kg hoop, but I think they can go up to 1.85kg? I’d suggest padding your torso a bit or else you’ll end up with some bruises 😂
