treadmill vs outdoor running
I’ve been hitting the treadmill pretty hard these past few months (thanks to the couch to 5k challenge) but since the weather here up North was pretty nice over the weekend, I tried to do my usual run outdoors… it left me deflated to say the least!
I’m used to running for 25 minutes straight on the treadmill, no incline and at a steady 8.0 pace. I managed 8 minutes before I had to stop on my outdoor run!😫
Is this normal, or did I just have a really bad day?
